A practicing Altered States therapist since 2001, Helen is certified by the Institute for Therapeutic Learning in Seattle, Washington as an advanced practitioner, and is a registered Hypnotherapist with the State of Washington.

She studied energy healing with and is an endorsed associate of Joyce Hawkes, PhD. Helen co-presents with Joyce nationally and internationally. She has also studied the Bengston Energy Healing Method┬« with Dr. William Bengston, and Holographic Memory Resolution┬« with Brent Baum.

Helen received ordination as an Interfaith minister from the Spiritual Science Fellowship of Montreal, Canada, an affiliate of the World Council of Churches.

Through focused Cell-Level energy work and Altered States therapy Helen serves clients who wish to be free from mental, emotional, and physical difficulties, as well as self-defeating patterns.

Helen is also an award winning children’s author, writing under the pen name Amanda Lorenzo. As a former corporate diversity trainer she was inspired to create stories to support children and parents in families of all kinds.
